Kiki Street is a groundbreaking initiative born from the collaboration between The Shades Project STL and Washington University's School of Public Health's The SPOT program. We bridge the vibrant world of ballroom culture with essential health resources for LGBTQ+ youth in St. Louis.

Our mission is to create safe spaces where young people can express themselves authentically while gaining access to comprehensive health education and services. Through the art of ballroom, we empower youth to discover their voice, build 

community, and prioritize their wellbeing.
